Role and Responsibilities :- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover opportunities for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
- Review business processes and develop strategies for optimization.
- Perform requirements analysis.
- Gather critical information from stakeholders to produce meaningful reports.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Create BRDs and FRDs with use of templates and from scratch as needed.
- A proven track record of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Excellent communication , organization, and time management skills.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst operating independently.
- Excellent executive level presence both written and verbal.
- Strong experience gathering and validating requirements.
- Prior experience creating BRDs and FRDs from scratch.
