Perform machine setup and operate SMT equipment
Operate SMT machine during product run
Change component reels as needed
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment
Follow prescribed safety regulations
Complete tasks as designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
Perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand tools and electronic tools
May rotate to various workstations as required
Other duties as assigned
Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions and processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be on your feet for a 8-hour shift
Team-orientated and dependable
Good eye/hand coordination
Strong attention to detail
