Overview:

Not a hospital or medical office environment - this is in behavioral health and will collaborate with the wellness center teams to create a self-referral care plan for client/peers and manage the In-patient program. This position will be designed around the individual, whether they are a part, full time or consultant.

This is a new position being established in the behavioral health system for company administration to service wellness centers self-referral and the In-patient programs.

Critical thinking skills to evaluate problems and take the necessary actions to solve them.

Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to peer/members.

Maintain the peer member's confidence and protect company by keeping information confidential (HIPAA).

Review self-referrals and contribute to team effort by approving or directing changes and related results as needed.

Multitasking, listening, and verbal communication.

Provided mental and physical health promotion for peer members including counseling and education.

Approve and established treatment plans and coordinated care in collaboration with a wide array of mental health care.

Requirements:

Bachelors of science degree in nursing (BSN), an associate degree in nursing (ADN),with emphasis in behavioral health.

One Year of behavioral health experience
