I would love to find a detail–oriented and experienced assistant who loves organization and enjoys hanging out with kids, as well as generally helping with whatever is needed.
Duties include:
Keep my spaces organized, including office, closet, files, and so on
Light meal prep (chopping vegetables, prepping basics)
Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, and so on
Sort mail, deliveries, and so on
Scheduling personal appointments for myself and children (doctor and personal care appts, school volunteering, play dates, etc.)
Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotel, car service, etc.)
Drafting occasional emails
Order, wrap, and ship gifts
Coordinate logistics related to my travel schedule
Unpacking after travel
Light cleaning and household tasks
Logistics for the kids when needed—driving them to appointments and social events, picking them up from school, helping with birthday parties, and so on
Occasionally travel with me on business trips
My kids include a seventeen-year-old girl and an eleven-year-old girl. My business is successful and busy with many active projects around the country. An ideal schedule would be 7:30 am – 11:30 am 2-3 days per week (weekdays), with the potential to grow into more responsibilities.
