READING AND UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER DRAWINGS AND REQUIREMENTS
ASME Y14-5 GD&T, MATH AND TRIGONOMETRY
REVIEWING FAIRS, MATERIAL AND PROCESS CERTIFICATIONS FOR COMPLIANCE
PROGRAMMING CMM’S (EXPERIENCE WITH CAD MODELS AND MITUTOYO MCOSMOS PREFERABLE)
PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND TRAINING FOR SUBORDINATES
ORGANIZATION
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT
SUBTIER MANAGEMENT
USE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE/OUTLOOK
MACHINING PRACTICES TO INCLUDE CASTINGS AND FORGINGS
