Medical Case Manager
Northland Cares seeks a dynamic, motivated professional to join our team as a part time Medical Case Manager for our Cottonwood office with full time benefits, serving people living with HIV/AIDS. This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Social Services or related field plus 2 years applicable experience.
Requirements
Familiarity with MS Office and EHRs, medical treatment for HIV/AIDS
Demonstrated skills in serving high-risk individuals required.
Case Management Certification required during first year of employment. CPR/First Aid Certification required within six months of employment.
