HOAMCO is hiring an Architectural Administrator for our Prescott office.
The ARC Administrator coordinates and administers the review process for architectural submittals. This position acts as a liaison between ARC and community Board members and between ARC and property managers.
Qualifications:
1-2 years construction or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years clerical/administrative experience.
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge of architectural design guidelines and homeowners associations is preferred.
Duties:
Communicate and meet with homeowners, architects, ARC committees and builders.
Set up submittals for review.
Compose and distribute correspondence relating to inspection reports, final inspections, plans, submittals, etc.
Respond to customer questions and correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
Maintain ARC records and files.
Maintain a professional working relationship with Community Association Managers.
Complete submittal reports for Board of Directors as required.
This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours per week. Employment is contingent on drug and background screening.
