We are looking for someone who is a great multitasker and can help our factory director run the candle factory.
As a Factory Associate, you will help maintain the operations, logistics, supplies, and fulfillment. You will play a pivotal role in helping the factory director implement projects that support new processes and the growth of the company.
Requirements:
Proficient in excel
Proactive problem-solver
Team player
Attention to detail
Strong work-ethic and willingness to learn everything about the candle business
Excellent organization and time management skills
Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable
Administrative and/or factory experience is a plus.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8-3pm
