Right at Home is a leader in the non-medical, in-home care industry. Here at Right at Home Prescott our client care associates, office personnel, and caregivers work together to guarantee our clients receive the highest quality care possible. We are looking to hire a full-time Office Coordinator to provide essential support to the Owners, other office employees, and caregivers to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Answers telephone, directs calls, and takes messages using good telephone technique.

Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner.

Demonstrates ability to represent Right at Home in a professional manner, fostering successful interaction.

with clients, client contacts, business contacts, and the community.

Handles service inquiry calls from prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Manages client and family concerns and navigates challenging situations.

May be needed to assess client prospects for home-care needs.

Data entry into ClearCare of all new clients, prospective clients, and caregivers.

Coordinates appropriate on-boarding and training for newly hired caregivers including preparing new hire

packets and conducting new hire orientations.

Creates monthly caregiver focused newsletter.

Coordinates monthly caregiver Lunch & Learn sessions.

Add posts to Right at Home N. Arizona Facebook page and supply posts and updates to corporate contact for

updating of Right at Home N. Arizona internet site.

Assists in maintaining and tracking office supplies.

Maintains HIPAA confidentiality at all times.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES /

Two years of business experience.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Clerical, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide quality customer service.

Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
