The individual would be 1099 with an LLC and rent a room. The suite is located in the heart of downtown Prescott inside the Firehouse Plaza. This position would include many referrals and would be ideal for someone who's trying to grow their client list or someone who is just starting out. Rent includes your personal suite, utilities, client amenities in the waiting area and the perk of being directly adjacent to the parking garage.
