Job Summary
The Production Manager supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality providing leadership, supervision and assistance to the Nutrition Services staff including all aspects of food service. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:- High School or GED
- Two years of experience in food service
- One year of experience in a supervisory role with demonstrated management skills that complement YRMC's Vision and Values
- Yavapai County or other AZ County Food Worker OR ANSI approved Food Handler OR Professional Food Manager certificate within 30 days of employment
- ANSI approved Professional Food Manager certification within 6 months of employment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
- Basic proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
