Your Role: The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT Infrastructure team and ensuring that the company's technology is meeting its goals and objectives efficiently and reliably. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 5-8 employees. Additionally, this role will manage the day-to-day activities in a traditional infrastructure and support and maintenance of applications housed in Cloud.

Your work:
  • Resolve customer complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer.
  • Work with Internal teams to contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day.
  • Assist in the generation of technical proposals and cost estimates.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to engineering staff.
  • Communicate plans, status, and issues to higher management levels.
  • Provide general peer to peer training support to those new to department.
  • Lead the team to begin to leverage process automation.
  • Available to provide the inputs to any action items, deliverables, etc.
  • Set and maintain product(s) technical vision and technical roadmap.
  • Efficiently use industry specific software to resolve customer inquiries, incidents and deliverables.
  • Define, manage and evaluate team members on goals and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with established IT and security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in teams working on opportunities to promote excellence.
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business problem statements into technical solutions.
  • Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
  • Keep the project manager and product committee informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
  • Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams

  • Prior leadership experience; 5+ years of proven experience
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Experience in Tier 1 Services and Public Cloud Management
  • Leadership Skills: Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills, Motivational Skills, Results-Oriented, Employee Training Experience, Interviewing Skills, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building, Customer Service Skills

The national average salary range for this position is $147,510-$163,900. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $132,750-$196,600 This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 15% of eligible pay.
