We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.The agent is located in California and is adjacent licensed, in Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.RESPONSIBILITIES :Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.Assist clients with policy changes and updates.Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.BOD proceduresBilling and PaymentsAssist customer in claims journeyOnboard customersPolicy reviewScheduling appointmentsAnswer PhonesProvide excellent customer servicesMultiline existing customersAdding and making changes to policy accountsQUALIFICATIONS :Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of ECRM and NECHOActive insurance licenseStrong organization and implement dation of BODStrong understanding of navigating UnderwritingDetailed note taking skillsSeparate working room / home officeStrong knowledge of Billing and PaymentsDetail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous customer service experience preferred.Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance productsMUST HAVE STATE FARM EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDEREDWe may consider part time employmentPlease note, remote workers may be required to report to office with desktop camera on settings.
