Jr. Business Analyst Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing firm. In this role, you will evaluate our clients’ current practices and processes, study industry trends, and propose cost-effective solutions to increase efficiency and boost profits. You will also oversee the implementation of new policies and work with company management to make adjustments when necessary. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in both the public and private sectors.Business Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
- Examine client practices and compare them to industry standards
- Develop cost-effective solutions to enable clients to boost productivity and increase profit margins
- Oversee the implementation of new policies and training of staff
- Collaborate with company managers to ensure new policies meet the company’s needs
- Communicate key insights to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- CBAP⢠certification preferred
- Experience conducting cost-benefit analysis and strategic business process modeling
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency
