Role: L1 Service Desk Engineer Location: Scottsdale, AZ (No Remote, Day1 Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Start Date: Immediate Description- 1) Handling all the inbound calls, Chat and Emails in service Desk 2) Handling Basics L1 queries from end users 3) Correctly logging incidents and faults catogerorizing them in line with team procedures 4) Good Troubleshooting knowledge of internet and VPN issues 5) When the restoration is beyond the scope of the of the support escalate the issue problem to appreciate resolver group using IT Ticketing System knowledge of Citrix and VPN 6) Customize and Configure hardware to meet specifications and business standard 7) E-mail accounts administration ie account creation and management and distribution on Office 365 8) User accounts administration ie accounts management and password resets on Active Directory 9) Take Ownership and responsibility of Queries, issue and problems and in the ITSM tools L1 Service Desk Engineer3ServiceNow,ITSM,ticketing system,O365Basics L1 queriesC2C,W-2,1099,C2H,Contract,Contract Only,HourlyUnited States
