DescriptionRobert Half Accountemps is looking to full-time several Loan Servicing Specialist to one of our Fortune 500 Financial Services located in the Phoenix area. You must have strong written and verbal communication that focuses on world class customer service. Our client prides itself on providing limitless growth and training opportunities.Loan Servicing Specialist job responsibilities:Following up with customers via written communication or phone inquiries which can include title companies and internal personnel regarding loans.Take incoming calls and some outgoing calls to help answer questions affecting loan servicing, payment research, taxes, insurance, loan modifications and assumptions, prepayments, payoffs, adjustable rate loans, credit reporting and lien perfection.Heavy research and analysis to help problem solve as customers have issues and/or questions.Audit review on files to ensure accuracyHelping coordinate property inspections, lien priority and loan disbursements in accordance with loan documentation.Support in procedures related to advances and pay downs, funds wiring and disbursement process.RequirementsRequirements:Six months experience customer service, loan administration, collections or sales environment.Strong computer skills including using multiple screens and data bases.A high level of detail orientation and a knack for process improvementsWillingness to accept new challenges and help deliver the consistent resultsWe’d love to consider you for this role, please apply to get a call from a recruiter!Accountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
