Position: Office Coordinator / Receptionist / Front Desk Location: Scottsdale, AZ Hire Type: Contract Day to day Example: Opening the office in the morning Make sure all lights are on Brew Coffee if needed Unload dishwasher if needed Check Phone system for any message left overnight Walk around the office to make sure there are no dirty cups, glasses, etc. left on desks, and make sure all whiteboards are wiped clean Maintain office throughout the day Greet all employees, guests, clients as they enter Ensure each employee badges in Inform relevant people when their guests arrives Answer phone and direct calls appropriately Ensure all office supplies are stocked Keep coffee brewed as appropriate for the number of people in the office Assist with large meeting coordination including conference room reservation and catering orders as needed Clear catering from room once team is finished, I appropriate Thanks and Regards, Shiva Centraprise corp,
