Outlet Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Outlet Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly serviceManaging client requests, either in their absence or at the request of the Outlet Sales Manager or Director. Prompt response to client inquiries, comprehensive management of PM System bookings to include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenanceAccurate and timely general document and correspondence production, organization and distribution between clients and managers in the department.Assist Managers with day-to-day tasks relating to guest interaction, preparation, distribution, and organization of Restaurant Event Orders, correspondence, filing, telephone and other duties assigned.
