As F&B Supervisor, your passion for guest service and the pride you take in our menu offerings will ensure your Outlet is a preferred dining destination and workplace!Reporting to the Pool Complex General Managers, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:              Oversee the day to day operations of our 6 sparkling PoolsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceSupervise the Pools Team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedAdministrative duties, such as; time edits, payroll , F&B tracking logs, pass on logs, and Cabana reservations (Open Table)Handle guest concerns, reacting quickly and professionallyBalance operational and Colleague needsHave full knowledge of all menus and promotionsEnsure Colleagues have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods being served in the Food & Beverage OutletFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageEnsure guests received 5 Diamond Cabana hospitalityOther duties as assigned
