A Compliance Analyst opening is available courtesy of Modis. This opportunity is with a large financial tech client. This position will be available remote for the time being, ideally sitting in Scottsdale, AZ or Omaha, NE if on-site. Business hours for this position are targeting 11AM-8PM PST. The perfect candidate for this position will have strong communication, analytical, and compliance skills. This is an 8-month contract opportunity. Duties

  • Monitor, Identify, Analyze, Report and Respond to incidents that could be potentially regulatory reportable
  • Quality oversight of incident information
  • Managing all processes required to fulfill the reporting of incidents to regulators around the globe
  • Gathering necessary details to assess the need to report
  • Carefully documenting the facts to the required detail
  • Working with detailed procedures and consistently deliver against Service Level Agreements in order to meet compliance requirements
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus on Risk or Information Systems
  • Targeting at 3+ years of experience with analytics and compliance
  • Ability to analyze incidents and correlate them to documentation of regulation policies
  • Good writing skills to share technical information with non-technical audience
  • Needs to have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Knowledge of analyzing and determining regulatory compliance along with tool knowledge (such as ServiceNow) is ideal
  • Familiarity with audits and exams is ideal
