Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our Sierra Vista, Arizona team.Must be a US Citizen DoD Secret Clearance requiredNon-remote (relocation incentive available)The PKI Service Desk Technician will provide technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center on Fort Huachuca. You will work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain, and track assets, deploy, implement, and support the workforce environment. In this position, you will provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension, and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces network tokens associated PKI credentialing for daily operations.Become an integral part of a professionally diverse team while working at an industry-leading organization, where work/life balance and employees come first. This opportunity will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.Job Responsibilities:Resolve daily PKI and card access tickets which include user permissions, SSL certificate requests, servers, and applications access requests.Will manage reinstatement and renewal of user privilege accounts.Assist with system upgrades, version upliftsMaintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systems for infrastructure issues.Monitor PKI infrastructure and ensure operational readiness.Evaluate all certificate types for problems, issues, renewals, and revocations.Assist end-users with certificate-related issues.Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as neededParticipate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.Implement changes to the PKI infrastructure and change control policies and procedures.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
