Established Property Management company has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, energetic Housekeeper for a small apartment community. Our ideal candidate is self directed, takes pride in their job and is prompt and reliable. In addition they must work well with other members of the maintenance team. The main objective of the Housekeeper is to clean apartments after residents move out, clean and maintain the office and laundry room on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cleaning the Leasing Office and Laundry room
Cleaning apartments, including appliances, bathrooms, walls, floors etc
Assist maintenance as needed with trash outs and painting
Represent the company in a professional manner
Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Housekeeping experience a plus
Ability to take direction from maintenance supervisor
Outstanding customer service skills
32 hours per week/ pay D.O.E.
