Please send your resume to for immediate consideration Job Title: Support Engineer IILocation: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)Duration: Long Term Contract What You Will Get to Do:- Will work on technical tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Oracle, SQL, Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics, Splunk
- Build production control activities like batch processing monitoring, scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting
- Analysis of the entitlements and metadata for each application
- Ensure Incident & Problem Management processes with good exposure to troubleshooting and not just coordination
- Run effective workshops for client business users
- Critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients
- Communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems environment as application support engineer
- Must have technical skills and tools knowledge: ServiceNow, Remedy, Oracle, SQL, Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics, Splunk
- Effective oral and written communication skills as well as positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude
- Strong passion towards building production control activities like batch processing monitoring, scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting
- Experience in Incident & Problem Management processes with good exposure to troubleshooting and not just coordination
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and be a great people manager
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in Problem Management Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and create a collaborative climate Curious mindset and self-starter attitude
