Duties: Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining computer-oriented systems and networks, including real-time and event-driven systems, databases and database management systems, application systems in a multi-platform environment to support Corporate Treasury Business Processes. Providing system architectural direction and recommendations. Performing data warehouse design and data modelling. Designing and developing analytical dashboards and reports using OBIEE. Performing Oracle database development and programming with Unix scripting; and OBIEE development on Linux and Windows Operating System. Performing analysis and development of Financial Regulatory Reports using OBIEE. Serving as a consultant to management in new areas of the system, including enhancements, long-range planning or overall systems architecture; and serving as the department spokesperson in areas of new technology. Researching and evaluating solutions and recommending the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for the system design. Evaluating software and system problems and recommending system improvements, new applications and developing plans to improve service. Performing analysis of existing code or designing new solutions or integrating purchased solution. Preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written, then developing codes, testing, debugging, and documenting those program plans. Organizing the development of technical support standard. Utilizing expertise in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies. Conceiving, creating, and maintaining IT project plans following defined project methodologies. Accountable for the project plan, schedules and project implementation. Initiating and developing custom software packages and programs to solve complex problems with little or no precedent. Performing systems maintenance including bug fixes and performance tuning. Developing critical analytical reports based on business requirements. Creating new opportunities to enable the use of new technology. Providing conceptual guidance to other senior and high-level technical experts.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related IT field or (foreign equivalent degree).

Experience: 5 years of related technical experience performing data warehouse design and data modelling; designing and developing analytical dashboards and reports using OBIEE; Oracle database development and programming with Unix scripting; OBIEE development on Linux and Windows Operating System; and 1 year of experience must be in the banking/financial services industry; and must include analysis and development of Financial Regulatory Reports using OBIEE.

Other: Required to be on-call during non-business hours for technical support and maintenance purposes.
