As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. Construct financial procedures and controls
Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
Requirements
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Construction experience preferred
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
Associates (AS) degree in accounting - Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
