- Responsible for planning, designing, developing, and launching effiecient business,financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
- Gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
- Act as a liaison and support business partners to ensure consistent progression and effective communication, including meeting notes that capture key decisions and action items.
- Support Product Owner with user story creation as needed
- Support development team in clarification of user story acceptance criteria
- Support with writing test plans and test cases
- Support with operational documentation
- Support with launch preparedness
- Ensure proper project documentation is in place
- Participate in Scrum events and dependency discussions
- Using Jira - create user stories
- Confluence for requirements
- Maintaining sprint roadmap
- Facilitating meetings
- Legal & compliance
