- Project experience with data management and/or data analysis.
- Ability to facilitate meetings with the business, elicit requirements, prepare documents (writing, presenting, formalizing).
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to be collaborative, working with all levels throughout the organization.
- Facilitate meetings, active listening skills, proactive planning and actions on work efforts, manage multiple tasks, provide customer service support- customer service training experience required.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
- Tool proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS365, Sharepoint, Teams/Zoom/webex.
- Nice to have: PowerBI, Collibra.
