Our client, based in Tempe Arizona, is seeking a Engineering Manager for a Fulltime opportunity.As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of software development initiatives for all existing projects, new development, and upgrades to the platform for product development. The manager will be proactive by ensuring that each requirement and project specification is met on time by delivering code that can be tested and put into production for various teams. The duties will include working with the Engineering, Sales and Marketing, IT, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and vendors. Prior experience should include the ability to supervise Engineering teams for development of products that require technical design and development.The requirements include:

An understanding or background with DO-178C or MIL-STD-810, etc.
Engineering Management experience
Aerospace background is a plus
It is preferrable if candidates have a background in Engineering Development projects
Able to present high-level technical requirements related to new product development
