The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers, project managers, clients and Software Developers to engineer and build high quality web applications. They are passionate about developing highly usable, cleanly written interfaces to best suit the needs of the client and their consumers. Requirements:- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and design
- Workable knowledge of Javascript
- High-level understanding of project lifecycle
- High-level understanding of high levels
- High-level understanding of developing in web-based application stacks
- High-level understanding of stacks at sea level
- Learn new front end focused technologies with minimal assistance
- Functional understanding of UI design and time needed for implementation
- Effectively communicate with Project Managers, Design, Clients and other Developers
- Team oriented, and yet self directed and self motivated
- Produce well-tested and functional code
- Turn designs into HTML/CSS
- Propose best technical solution for a problem
- Review and give feedback to other developers
- Teach and mentor other developers
- Scope development efforts
- Promote and facilitate company best practices
- Research and improve technology, skills and processes
- Make decisions in the best interest of meltmedia, our clients and team members
- Critique and review development plans
