• Responsibilities should be customized for the position by the hiring manager for the specific application(s) and corporate level] • Provide support and ensure reliability of deployed technologies, systems, and processes according to established procedures and industry best practices • Troubleshoot, analyze, monitor, and review records and reports of productions, application, system failures, and other problems • Monitor performance and maintain system stability, maintain and enhance accurate documentation steps for installation, maintenance and configuration activities • Maintain platform-related inventory and other hardware/software/license tracing documentation • Provide knowledge, training, and solution sets to first level support teams to improve first call resolution and increase customer satisfaction • Review issues to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

• Undergraduate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field • [Certifications vary on scope of role, e.g. Microsoft or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred] • 5-6 years' related experience [specify programs/applications/platforms] • Experience in an international corporation with a remote workforce preferred • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019), Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OS [edit to MUFG specs] • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange • Experience with client application installation, packaging, and deployments • [Hiring manager should edit work experience to be appropriate for the role, e.g. Office 365 administration, mobile device management (MDM), Skype for Business administration, etc.]
