IT Technician / Support Analyst for our client in

Position Overview:
  • The primary role of this position is to provide a single point of contact for end-users within the company.
  • This position provides support and maintenance with desktops, laptops, Ipads, cellphones, intranet, and POE phone system.

Responsibilities:
  • Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading as needed all hardware and equipment.
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolve/implement corrective solutions.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations.
  • Administer and resolve issues with device networking software products.
  • The technician will troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, e-mails, and text messages regarding issues.
  • Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring IT operations.
  • Maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, network cards, and other components and equipment.
  • Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal.
  • Write technical specifications for purchase of PCs, desktop hardware, and all other products
  • Accomplishes all tasks and duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience.
  • C, A+, Network+, MCP Certification preferred but not required
  • Excellent technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, software, Ipads, cellphones; including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office applications, Apple products to include laptops, Ipads, and cell phones both Android and Apple.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of PC internal components, with ability to research PC issues/products and able to hands-on troubleshoot hardware.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
