- Working with project managers on RFI's, bids and requests
- Attending meetings, preparing PO's, coordinating deliveries, badging, documentation, etc.
- HS/GED; Bachelor's degree desired
- Experience working on project coordination for construction projects
- Experience coordinating the purchasing of materials, equipment and services for a project
- Experience preparing, maintaining and tracking purchase orders, RFI's, bids, submittals, quotations, etc.
- Experience attending internal and scope meetings and taking notes
- Strong expertise with MS Office including Word and Excel
