Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.• Experience with Scrum Master

Preferred Qualifications:4 years of experience working in a software development project, preferably in an agile environment including coaching on agile methodologiesExperience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for a data engineering team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theoryHaving a SaFe Scrum master/Leading SaFe certification is a big plusAt least 2 years of experience in Managing Java and MERN Stack based Software development projectsShould be able to do Jira Project and workflow setup; Dashboards and Templates.Should be able to take care of Jira projects End to End (setup to maintenance) and using Rally for TrackingShould be good in Project Scheduling, Project Management Plan, Project estimation WBS, Project Management ProcessesShould have Maturity and Good Communication skillsShould be aware of Project Planning using tools like MPP, Microsoft Excel etc.Should be good in Problem and change management, Release Management, Risk Management & Stakeholder management.Should have Good Understanding of IT landscape and End to End Delivery ProcessAt least 2 years of experience in any of the network technologies – Network Assurance, Telecom – Wireline and Wireless, OSS/BSS systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience of working in large software systems is a mustExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentExperience of leading a team of at least 10 members is a big plus.Awareness in Devops processesAwareness in Java and Java script based technologies
