The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.Responsible for providing strategic development utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding SDI’s business and goals for establishing comprehensive governance management and assessment practices. Partners with executive management across SDI and business aligned partners to inform the governance strategy and create/execute corresponding plans and initiatives. Has responsibility for the identification of governance program needs, evaluation and recommendations for program implementation and identification of technology requirements and communication of governance strategy and related business plans to management.Required Qualifications8+ years of strategic planning experience

4+ years of risk management experience

Desired QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Other Desired Qualifications8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, implementation, business process and procedure design

4+ years of risk management experience, preferably regulatory compliance related

Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner and prepare senior leadership level presentations

Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide thorough resolution

Ability to positively influence, motivate, and partner with diverse teams

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information into well-articulated approaches and procedures

Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
