RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a growing nationwide Technology Company in the Tempe, AZ area, is seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Engineer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this opportunity. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, and produce data-powered insights that reveal truths about consumer behavior, and ultimately can be used to optimize the website.

Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Analytics Engineer: The Senior Digital Analytics Engineer will perform deep-dive analysis for multiple web properties under for the companies various Divisions to help cross-functional teams understand user behavior, conversion rates, issues, and opportunities Liaise with a wide variety of regional and functional leads to understand business needs to formulate appropriate KPIs that measure the effectiveness of online initiatives and activities Run ad hoc analysis to diagnose trends or answer specific questions from stakeholders The Senior Digital Analytics Engineer will partner with business stakeholders to ideate, design, develop and execute A/B, multivariate and personalization tests Ensure alignment of goals and objectives with stakeholders and map out test design, success criteria and tracking requirements Work closely with visual designers, copywriters, product managers, pricing specialists, and engineers to develop test experiences Monitor and analyze test results to provide insights, learnings and recommendations to the business As a Senior Digital Analytics Engineer, you will prepare and deliver compelling communications, reports, and presentations at multiple levels of the organization that provide insight and clarity about web experience results and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field 5 years of hands-on technical and functional experience as an analytics practitioner performing analysis on large data sets 2 years of website testing and optimization experience, preferably in a conversion-driven business 2 years of web analytics experience producing complex, custom analyses of website user behavior Strong proficiency as a power user of optimization tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely, and web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Ability to derive insights from quantitative data by analyzing multiple data sources, combined with consumer behavior and industry trends Ability to troubleshoot website tagging using debugger tools Ability to simultaneously manage multiple short- and long-term projects with varying degrees of complexity Excellent presentation skills using data visualizations to articulate results in a clear and concise manner to various audiences Strong relationship building skills at all levels of the organization High proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Nice-to-Have: Experience in a fast-paced, leading-edge eCommerce organization in a similar role Knowledge of Data Science techniques and tools for advanced analysis Experience with research tools and methodologies such as voice of customer surveys, heatmaps, usability studies and focus groups Experience with query analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Access, Tableau, QlikView etc. Experience with DMP, marketing analytics tools, CDP, and CRM systems Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery
