What you’ll be doing An In-Building engineer to be responsible for all in-building solution design for the Southwest; therefore the major responsibilities are below. This engineer will be working with an implementation team to get the solutions built and on-air.
Create and/or review/approve an iBwave design for all in-building projects/solutions.
Make sure projects/solutions are kicked off properly in the company’s internal tools.
Work with real estate, construction and project management peers to make sure solutions/projects are implemented into the network.
Communicate project scope, details and/or technical items to internal leadership, other departments and/or customers.
What we’re looking for You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of 5G, LTE and CDMA/EVDO.
Frequency knowledge.
Experience with RF cabling, components and antennas.
DAS and smaller RF (DOT, eFEMTO, etc.)equipment knowledge.
WiFi equipment knowledge and experience.
Willingness to travel.
