Responsibilities

P&C Claims is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who will be part of API and Architecture product and MicroPandas team. This product supports several core APIs that are used across many applications across the Claims Ecosystem. The team is also in the process of modernizing some of the APIs that will shift them to an event driven architecture as well as write them in the AWS platform. The individuals selected will be a part of high performing and self-empowered product team to design, develop, implement, and maintain product functionalities partnering with business to enhance the functionality as needed.

Qualifications

We Are Seeking Candidates With:
  • Object oriented Software/Application Development background
  • An agile team mindset with small team development experience
  • Experience with Infrastructure as code software
  • Ability to self-learn and understand new technology concepts quickly
  • Development languages: Golang, Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Python
  • AWS Technologies: Lambda, IAM, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Route53, etc.
  • DevOps: GitLab CI, GitOps, TFE, Kubernetes, Docker, Alerting and Monitoring solutions using DataDog/CloudWatch/Splunk/Maul/Dynatrace/Grafana
