The Workforce Technology function in Human Resources & Development (HR&D) is looking for Technical Analysts to drive the ongoing modernization and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) workforce data and technologies while embracing Agile principles committing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will make an ongoing impact by searching for ways to improve the accuracy, quality, and delivery of relevant data, reports and metrics to our key decision makers, allowing them to make more informed business decisions. Some duties and responsibilities include:

Technical Analyst (Workday Reporting and Data Analyst)
  • Broad depth of knowledge of Workforce Data across Workday
  • Workday Reporting, Custom Field and Dashboard development, maintenance and security
  • Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards
  • Workday Adaptive Planning (Workforce Planning engine)

Qualifications

We Are Looking For Candidates With:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the following
  • Workday Reporting, Custom Field and Dashboard development, maintenance and security
  • Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards
  • Workday Adaptive Planning (Workforce Planning engine)
  • Self-Service solution creation and delivery agnostic to tool or platform
  • Work Methodology: Agile, Product Management

Additional Skills/Experience:
  • Data configuration, testing, storage, retrieval
  • Data stewardship/governance best practices
  • Technical requirement gathering
  • Infrastructure code reviews
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Two (2) years or more applied project(s) experience in demonstrating, digital transformation, data management
  • Two (2) years or more experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business
