A global leader in consumer cyber safety is looking to hire a Senior (5+ YOE) Software Java Developer to join their team in Tempe, Arizona. This team in particular plays a critical role in analyzing key identity data points related to credit and personal information to alert and protect their members against potential threats. As a part of this team, you will play an active role in the design and architecture of current and future products, development of cloud services, and deployment of continuous delivery systems. The ideal candidate for this role has strong and modern Core Java skills, hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, and experience developing Rest API's. - 5+ years of professional, software experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Strong Core Java skills
- AWS cloud experience
- Design and development of APIs using Spring or other frameworks
- Linux
- Database experience (SQL and noSQL)
- Unit and integration testing (JUnit, etc.)
- Logging / Monitoring
- Experience and/or knowledge in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Agile methodology (Test-Driven Development, Scrum etc.)
- Software development tool kits (GIT, Subversion, etc.)
- Spring Boot for microservices
- High transaction/scaling systems
- Experience in messaging queues
- System design experience
- MongoDB for noSQL
- JSON
- Big data (Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop)
