Inside Sales (outgoing/incoming calls)

Duties:
Reach out to previous customers to schedule another cleaning appointment.
Educate new customers, schedule appointments from incoming calls, emails, etc
Make sure appointments are satisfied with the work done
Build "your" customer list and keep in contact with them

Description
A leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking a Water Restoration Technician for the Tucson, AZ area.
Duties
Identify the source of the problem and scope of the water damage
Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents
Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water loss
Perform light construction demo upon approval
Set up air movers and/or dehumidifiers and monitor daily
Perform hard surface cleaning
Complete paperwork when a new water loss is reported
Support Team Members
Qualifications
Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form
Restoration experience preferred but not required
Must be familiar with and be able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo
Must be able to work for long periods of time in extreme temperatures both hot and cold
Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage
Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather
Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
IICRC certified a plus
