We are seeking a Computer Aided DrafterÂto become aÂpart of our team!ÂYou will prepare detailed shop drawingsÂof custom wood and steel windows and doorsÂas well as identify areas of improvementÂto increase efficiency. Position is full-time with medical benefits after 30 days, vacation and sick pay.
Responsibilities:
Prepare diagrams and drafts for custom wood and steel windows and doors
Calculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instruments
Review and modify designs to reduce production deficiencies
Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload
Coordinate with other colleagues regarding complex diagrams.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mechanical drafting, manufacturing or other related fields
Familiarity with engineering standards as well asÂdesigns and diagrams
Familiarity with CAD 2010 or newer
Ability to meet deadlines,Âdetail-oriented, work in a team environment, manage multiple projects.
