We are looking for a highly motivated person to provide accurate estimates for parking lot and road maintenance projects. This includes asphalt pulverizing/milling, paving, crack sealing, sealcoating, and parking line striping. The requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of pavement maintenance processes and the ability to work independently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in sales estimating, preferably in parking lot and road maintenance. Extensive understanding of asphalt maintenance process, materials, and equipment. Strong attention to detail mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
