a leading financial software company is hiring a remote Document Conversion Specialist to join their team! This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefits & paid holidays As a Document Conversion Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer service to individuals or companies and helping them troubleshoot technical difficulties. Responsibilities:- Converting and preparing desktop files and documents to be compatible with online programs
- Reconciling various files assigned daily and verifying data is in tact through reports
- Communicating effectively with internal team regarding conversion of files for various clients and customers
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate staff member or department.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Prior experience using QuickBooks
- Prior experience in file/document conversions
- Experience working with Accounting or Accountants
- Experience using MS Windows
- Collaborative communication, organization, prioritization, and time management
