The Nurse Director of Acute Cares will report directly to the CNO. The Nurse Director of Acute Care will also have a large scope of support. The Nurse Director of Acute Care will utilize their 3+ years of nursing leadership experience to run the Medical Surgical Unit and ICU fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Nurse Director of Acute Care must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.
