As a receptionist, you’ll be at the forefront of the organization, greeting guests and contractors, and responding to phone and email inquiries. TASKS:Checking voicemail Taking notes of any messages and contact information Answering and transferring phone callsAnswering emailsScheduling quotesResponding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely mannerInteract clearly with customers, vendors and other employeesRespond appropriate and interact positively with upset customersProvide high-quality customer serviceFiling paperwork Assisting with other tasks as needed
