You will serve as the Supply Chain liaison between Andover CCA Production Control and Planning, Internal Customers and the site Supply Chain organization. As the acknowledged expert on all supply chain issues and their impact on the enterprise programs you will create, manage and execute material program strategy (MPS) to ensure program execution and performance to plan. If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities to Anticipate: Supporting Integrated Supply Chain activities to ensure program objectives are met in a timely manner to include supplier financial, quality, technical, programmatic, and schedule performance
Supporting planning, execution and reporting of material and labor budgets, sales & EAC inputs
Developing and executing a material/subcontractor strategy
Supporting development and execution of risk and opportunity management plans, including R6S activities
Supporting leadership reviews
Serving as a key contributor in a Cross Business / IPT environment
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Business, Business related field, Operations, or Engineering
Experience working in Cross-Functional Team (CFT), Integrated Product Team (IPT) and/or project or program management
Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process / Formulation
Cost Account Manager Experience / Responsibility
EVMS Certified
Subcontract Management understanding (including FAR/DFAR)
Experience developing and managing requirements and deliverables from task statements and/or Statements of Work (SOW)
