- Position will be 100% onsite.
- This Project Management position will work for the Information Technology Group and will be responsible for managing IT related aspects of tenant improvement and construction projects.
- Responsibilities will include meeting with state contract vendors, coordinating and scheduling the installation of audio visual systems, cabling projects, and coordinating the relocation of business computer equipment.
- The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, be detail oriented, flexible and have a strong background in Desktop Support. Required to travel within all of Northern Arizona to job sites.
- This person will participate in Project Management meetings and be required to provide project updates and practice established procedures.
- The Project Manager is also expected to advise management of problems or potential problems related to projects in a timely and proactive basis.
- 3+ years experience in project coordination or project management.
- 5+ years experience in Desktop support.
- Strong working knowledge of physical IT infrastructures.
- Experience with maintaining project schedules on budget.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer focus.
