Come join our line crew in an open kitchen and work with top quality ingredients, sustainably raised meats, local and organic produce under the direction of our Chef, Curtis Wright. We make everything from scratch, serve our sandwiches on house-made sourdough and baguette, and work with a wood-fired oven. Experience in a fast paced restaurant kitchen, an eye for detail and an excellent attitude are required; a genuine sense of curiosity and passion for food is preferred.
