Tito and Pep is a contemporary neighborhood bistro that encapsulates the spirit of Tucson and the southwest. We aim to add another venue to mid-town's classic neighborhoods for quality food and beverage with exceptional service in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. Our goal is to serve our neighbors and in due course establish ourselves as an institution woven into the fabric of one of Tucson most vibrant areas. The focus of the experience of Tito and Pep will be mesquite fired cuisine as well as a full-service beverage program with quality beer, wines, and cocktails. Applying over 20 years of experience and techniques gained across the U.S. and abroad, Chef/Owner John Martinez will draw from the multi-cultural history of the region and his travels to utilize the local pantry to create cuisine that is vibrant and delicious.
