We are looking for a full-time registered dental hygienist to join our team in Green Valley. But we want more than just a hygienist. We want someone who is a people person and genuinely wants to spend time educating and motivating our patients to their best dental health. We believe in giving our patients the best possible care and need someone that shares that philosophy.
We are a technically advanced office and continually are educating ourselves as a team on the best new methods to help our patients.
Our practice is not a typical practice. We share a vision of how we want to practice; we have books that we read and share; we share answering the phones on the days the office is closed, we are all cross trained and there is never, "It's not my job." We strive to be a team of professionals who are passionate about their work.
We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, meticulous with keeping, and feels comfortable talking to patients. Our hygienists are dental therapists, anesthesia and laser certified. We perform quite a bit of periodontal treatment and education.
We work 4 days a week and take turns answering the phones every Friday from 8-2.
We offer health insurance, dental benefits, 401K plan, and 6 weeks off. The position is a salaried position with bonuses given over time.

Required experience:
Registered Dental Hygienist: 2 years
Required license or certification: RDH, Laser Certified
